North Korean Soldiers Get Internet Access In Ukraine, Hooked On Porn

Recently, North Korean troops who have been sent to the frontline in Ukraine to support Russia gained access to unrestricted internet—a thrilling notion for them. According to a report by The Financial Times, this newfound freedom has led these military personnel to indulge excessively in online pornography.

The report ALSO notes that soldiers from the isolated nation are “gorging” on adult material. Nonetheless, it did not elaborate on how they acquired insights into the internet use of North Korean forces dispatched by Kim Jong Un to Ukraine.

US Defense Department spokesperson Army Lt Col Charlie Dietz indicated that they could not verify any information regarding the “internet habits or virtual extracurriculars” of North Korean personnel, as reported by The New York Post.

As Russia strengthens its relationship with North Korea, over 7,000 North Korean soldiers—equipped with AK-12 rifles and various mortar rounds and assault weapons—were deployed near the Ukrainian border on Monday. These troops completed training at five different locations in Russia’s Far East as part of their preparation for potential assistance in Russia’s offensive against Ukraine, according to Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence Agency.
